Our A/C unit was not blowing cold air. I could not say more about the professional experience with this company. From my first call, Nelson listened to my concerns and assured me they would assist us in getting up and running. And John, the service man, was absolutely amazing. We have an older unit, and he was thorough and very adamant in getting it right. I had three service techs out and was very happy we are ready for summer. Thanks again.
