I feel fortunate to live very close to a reliable, friendly plumbing service, Red Lilly! I had my water tank flushed out last year and kept their number because of their trustworthy, professional service! This time, we had a minor plumbing issue, so we asked Red Lilly's plumbing technician, Isaiah, to inspect other plumbing problems around the house, including our bathtub (he kept his cool when water rained down on his head :-) He was very patient in explaining how the issues could be fixed and what to expect when they return to fix them next time. Very low-key, no pressure; he completely earned our trust with his assessment because we felt he was here to help and solve the problem.

A plumber put in new shut-off valves under the kitchen sink. But after a month, it began to leak. I called another plumber, but he came and left, leaving more questions than answers. Then I called Red Lily Plumbing and Nelson, in the office, sent Mike Gomez - Lead Technician. He came out and painstakingly solved the problem. He was able to diagnose and correct the mistakes. Mike was the third plumber to look at the issue and he was the first to fix it.

Red Lily came to clear out the drains in my bathroom. They found a drain pipe that was eroded and had to be replaced. During that work, the plumber inadvertently broke a marble tile in the bathroom. I have extra tiles; it turned out the ones on the floor were polished and the extra ones were not. They replaced it, and I was not happy with the unpolished tile. So Red Lily went above and beyond to try and fix it. First by applying a glaze; ultimately, they took the tile out again and polished up another tile and replaced that. They really stand behind their work. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks, Giovanni and the Red Lily team!

Isiah was very patient and flexible with me. He found a part my sink needed at their shop that they had on hand to save me $150 on buying that part from them. He accommodated my work schedule to come over only after 5 p.m. on some days, and only before 10 a.m. on others. Finally, when a faucet he installed was leaking and I told him, he came over and checked it out and tightened it, without extra charge, even though the leak wasn't a result of his work but the faucet I bought. Very kind, honest, and friendly professional.
