Julian was very friendly, professional, and experienced. Red Lilly quoted me a diagnostic for a gas leak that was 1/4 the cost of another plumber... that's not a misprint, 1/4 the charge of a competitor. Not only that, they were available to come the same day. So I really can't be happier. Work was done, leak was gone. That said, one worry I have—which will not detract from my 5-star rating—is when I asked about the warranty, the answer I got was that it was very, very short. I won't give specifics because it varies from job to job, but I had an electrician come for a repair that was lifetime, so this was disappointing. Still, I'm very happy with the visit.

The representative John, a well-seasoned expert in his field, I later learned of 43 years, showed up and just by looking at him when he walked in the door, in a beautiful uniform with a great smile and a big bag of tools with the parts, I knew my day was going to end happily ever after. With all of today's happy-go-lucky companies out there, we were blessed to have this recommendation, and the big boss Ed was so confident and efficient and handled this in an extremely fast timely manner. His diagnosis was spot on the day before, and they brought the exact amount of parts to fix it in record time. I now have hot water galore in my restaurant. What a first time great experience.
