I love you, Charlie, for taking care of our house's plumbing problem and being so courteous, communicative, kind, and caring!! We had guests clog up both toilets during the holidays, and Charlie was so responsive and took care of things right away, even though it was literally Christmas Eve and we were desperate to get the plumbing working again.
