Red Lily came to clear out the drains in my bathroom. They found a drain pipe that was eroded and had to be replaced. During that work, the plumber inadvertently broke a marble tile in the bathroom. I have extra tiles; it turned out the ones on the floor were polished and the extra ones were not. They replaced it, and I was not happy with the unpolished tile. So Red Lily went above and beyond to try and fix it. First by applying a glaze; ultimately, they took the tile out again and polished up another tile and replaced that.
